The meeting was held in the N.H. League of Craftsman building, 49 South Main Street, Concord, NH. We had approximately 32 members and guests in attendance. Report booklets were distributed containing the reports of our Chairman, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Founder. Our Chairman reminded us that in January of 2011, CCJR started with just 5 people sitting in a room. Currently have a total of 282 members, comprised of 136 inmates, 25 Life-Time members, and 2 organization members. The balance is made up of individual and family memberships. N.H. Representative Max Abramson gave a brief update on the Chad Evans exoneration efforts and Attorney Michael Iacopino reported on the recent N.H. Supreme Court Decision, John Doe v. NH declaring that the sex offender public registry is a retroactive punishment for lifetime registrants who did their crimes in 2005 or earlier.
